Hobbies
National Wagyu Day
National Wagyu Day is held on June 21 of every year across the United States. It was declared in the United States by Steve Haddadin. Haddadin was disappointed that there wasn’t a day dedicated to celebrating Wagyu, so he took it upon himself to make that happen by dedicating his birthday, June 21.

The purpose of National Wagyu Day is to celebrate the delicacy of Wagyu and to spread awareness about the rigorous authentication process. To authenticate Wagyu, enter the 10-digit Cattle ID number on the Japanese Carcass Verification Bureau website.
Please visit the official National Wagyu Day website.

Smokin' Steve Old Fashioned
The Smokin' Steve Old Fashioned is a cocktail created by Steve Haddadin at Mitchell's Ocean Club in Columbus, Ohio during Steve Haddadin's law school days. For a period of time, Mitchell's Ocean Club did not serve Smoked Old Fashioneds. Steve Haddadin came across the Bubbles and Berries (see menu under cocktails), and was intrigued by the show aspect of it.
As an Smoked Old Fashioned lover, this prompted Steve to create his own Smoked Old Fashioned to enjoy at Mitchell's Ocean Club, one of his favorite restaurants in Columbus. Steve wanted to find a way to bring the experience of the Bubbles and Berries to the Old Fashioned. So, on January 20th of 2022, he founded the Smokin' Steve Old Fashioned by modifying 1 part of the Old Fashioned, the ice cube. Dry ice is the secret ingredient to this show.
